Standing Shoulder Press (DB)

  • 4×9 70lb

Weighted Pull-Ups

  • 1×5 60lb
  • 1×5 50lb

Although the results are to be expected, it still excites me how strength can progress when done in the right structure.  Much like it did when I first started lifting.  Which is probably why I love to coach so much.
